Mandated Services was founded in 2005 by John Kastelic, a consultant for the Administrative Cost Reimbursement Program.

Mr. Kastelic gained insight by working closely with numerous schools throughout Northeast Ohio.  His determination to simplify the claiming process and to improve the integrity of claims has been his ongoing mission.

Mr. Kastelic formerly worked as an elementary school teacher for Catholic schools.  He completed his masters degree of Educational Administration from the University of Akron in 2007.
