Who Uses This Site?
This web site contains an application to help schools in Ohio (non-public only) meet the requirement for the Administrative Cost Reimbursement Program. School personnel login after entering into a contractual agreement with Mandated Services, LLC. Therefore, the application portion of this site is not used by uninvited visitors. Each user must be granted access in order to login and participate.
Why Do Schools Use This Site?
Non-public schools in Ohio are entitled to receive reimbursement funds after meeting certain state mandated requirements. School personnel must maintain log sheets to reflect the time spent on such activities.
When a school year has ended, individual log sheets are tallied and a claim figure is determined. This claim is based upon the individual's compensation (cost to the school in the form of salary, wage, etc). A final claim report is created and the school principal must submit the report to the State of Ohio. This web application provides a means for each person to complete his/her log sheets with minimal mistakes. It will instantly create the final claim report for the State of Ohio. Finally, it provides additional reports for periodic State reviews.
